Eden is a wellness collective led by women, born out of our own experiences and struggles. The founding therapists came together through a series of unexpected events—proof that when strong-willed women are faced with challenges, they exceed expectations.

Eden exists because of our personal battles: complicated mother-daughter relationships, heartbreaks, the challenges of parenting, the unique pressures of being a woman, and the overwhelming nature of the world. We built Eden as a place of support—where we could rely on each other, knowing we had a trusted team by our side, even when life felt uncertain.

We envisioned a space where we could merge our diverse skills and passions to serve all types of people—because everyone deserves to feel seen and valued. We wanted to create a judgment-free zone where people could truly be themselves, and where anyone could feel like they belong.

Eden was shaped by a mom, driven by a desire to create a better world for her daughter, a keen observer, an animal lover, a performer, a creative spirit, and a musician. We are women who understand women, and we can’t wait to meet you.
