Delaney is a master’s level intern currently pursuing her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bellevue University. She is deeply passionate about creating a welcoming, affirming space where individuals feel safe to express themselves, explore their emotions, and take meaningful steps toward personal growth and healing.

Originally from South Florida, Delaney relocated to Central Florida seven years ago and has developed a strong connection to the vibrant community surrounding the Disney area. Her appreciation for creativity and the arts deeply influences her therapeutic perspective, as she believes in the power of expression—whether verbal, visual, or emotional—as a pathway to insight and resilience.

Throughout her training, Delaney has worked with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of individual, group, and family counseling settings. These diverse experiences have shaped her compassionate, client-centered approach and reinforced her belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey.

As a person-centered counselor, Delaney honors each client as the expert of their own experience. She works from a trauma-informed lens, thoughtfully integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor each session to the individual’s needs, values, and goals. Whether someone is navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or stress, healing from past wounds, or seeking greater balance, Delaney offers a grounded and empathetic presence.

She is especially drawn to helping others reconnect with themselves, deepen their self-understanding, and find new ways to care for their emotional well-being. Outside of her counseling work, Delaney enjoys exploring artistic outlets, spending time in nature, and soaking in the creativity and community of Central Florida.
