Jessica is a compassionate therapist who creates a peaceful, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Inspired by her own experience in therapy growing up, she brings authenticity and care to every session, helping clients navigate challenges and reconnect with their sense of self.

Originally from Virginia, Jessica also spent time in North Carolina before settling in Florida, where she continues to work at Disney—a perfect fit for her love of creativity, animals, and adventure. She earned her B.S. in Psychological Sciences from the University of Mary Washington and completed her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Liberty University while balancing multiple jobs.

Jessica works with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and has experience supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, behavioral challenges, and adoption. She is also passionate about providing an inclusive, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients.

Her therapeutic approach is flexible and tailored to each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Play Therapy. Jessica is also certified in Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a music-based tool that helps regulate the nervous system.
