Olivia is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who brings warmth, empathy, and a collaborative spirit to her work. She is passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools to support emotional well-being.

Olivia believes that each person is the expert of their own story. Her approach is rooted in partnership—working alongside clients to identify goals, uncover strengths, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or simply seeking support and clarity, Olivia meets each person with compassion and curiosity.

She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida and holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Olivia has experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds and often integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and personalized strategies into her sessions. She is also trained in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a music-based therapy designed to support nervous system regulation.

Above all, Olivia aims to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Outside of her work, she enjoys coloring, doing puzzles, and spending time with her husband and their two cats.
