Rae is an Orlando native with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in couples and relationship-based therapies, and is actively working toward certification in Sex Therapy.

Over the past three years, Rae has gained extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. Her clinical work spans a wide range of ages—from preschool-aged children to senior adults—offering services to individuals, couples, and families. Rae brings empathy, compassion, and unwavering support to every session, creating a safe and accepting space for her clients to explore their stories.

Rae has a strong background in crisis intervention and is known for maintaining a calm, composed presence in high-pressure situations. She draws from a wide array of therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each client. Her approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered (Rogerian) Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Sex Therapy, IMAGO Therapy, the Gottman Method, and expressive therapies such as incorporating play, art, and music into sessions.

Above all, Rae prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship. She believes that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported. Her philosophy is grounded in the belief that nothing is beyond repair—as long as you’re willing to do the work and keep moving forward.
