A place to be yourself, explore new things, and connect with friends who get you!

Gather is a chill online group space for kids and teens—from 1st grade through high school. Drop in for live sessions led by awesome therapists who make it easy to show up just as you are. It’s all about building confidence, getting creative, and connecting with others—without any pressure to share or perform.

Gather is where creativity, connection, and fun come together.

Each month, we offer fun drop-in groups for kids and teens from 1st grade all the way through high school. It’s a place to be yourself, make new friends, and try cool stuff like music, movies, art, games, movement, and mindfulness.

You might join us for chill journaling, make your own playlist, dance it out, or take on fun creative challenges. You never have to be “good” at anything — every activity is just an invitation to explore, be curious, and try something new.

Each group is a chance to show up exactly as you are, in a relaxed and friendly space where everyone gets to belong. No pressure, no expectations — just room to breathe, be yourself, learn, laugh, and connect with others who get it.

Sound fun? Signing up is as simple as reaching out to our office so we can help you find the group that fits you best. We’re genuinely excited to meet you, and if you have a friend you’d love to bring along, they’re welcome too!
