Supportive, Creative Connection for your Child

As therapists, we’ve spent years supporting kids and teens through the very real challenges they face today—things like bullying, academic stress, and the pressures of social media. Again and again, we’ve seen how these experiences can leave young people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves. Gather at Eden was created in response to that. We wanted to give kids a space that’s genuinely fun, creative, and emotionally supportive—something healthy and productive that doesn’t feel like more work or another thing to “get through.” Just a place where they can show up, be themselves, and feel good doing it.

At Gather, kids get to choose the classes that interest them—and we encourage them to step outside their comfort zone and try something new. Participation is always voluntary, but once they join a session, we think they’ll want to come back.

Each month, we host a variety of therapist-led classes focused on creativity, connection, and emotional well-being.

Registration is easy, and you can sign up for individual sessions that work for your family's schedule. Once you register, you’ll receive a Google Meet link for the session along with reminders and access details before the class.

After each class, we’ll send a brief summary highlighting the activities completed and anything meaningful that came up during the group. If we ever have a specific concern about your child’s well-being or participation, we’ll contact you directly and privately to share those observations. Our goal is to keep you informed and connected while still giving your child space to grow independently.

Each Gather session is unique, and specific details will always be listed on the booking page. For certain classes—like art or creative projects—there may be materials to gather ahead of time. We’ll provide a clear list of what’s needed, including links to purchase if that’s most convenient. Already have the supplies at home? Perfect—your child is welcome to bring what they have on hand.

We get it—things happen! While classes are non-refundable, you can transfer your booking to another course if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Just email us at hello@edenwellnesscounseling.com, and we’ll help you make the switch.

Most Gather sessions are led by licensed therapists, pre-licensed professionals, or student interns who bring clinical insight, creativity, and heart to every group. Some sessions may also be facilitated by trusted mentors or parents with relevant experience who have been carefully vetted. Instructor bios are available in the “Our Team” section of the website.
