TC brings a unique blend of creativity and clinical insight to her work as a mental health counselor, grounded in a decade-long career in early childhood music education. She holds a permanent Florida Teaching Certificate and continues to offer private music lessons alongside her counseling practice.
TC holds two undergraduate degrees—a BA in Vocal Music and a BS in Sociology and Nonprofit Management—which reflect her passion for both creative expression and community impact. This passion led her to pursue a Master of Social Work from Florida State University, where she also earned a Certificate in Child Welfare. She believes in honoring the whole child and views emotional development as essential to lifelong success.
With a focus on adolescents, families, individuals on the autism spectrum, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, TC integrates music, art, and creativity into her counseling approach. Her work centers on supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief, and developmental challenges. Drawing from cognitive behavioral, developmental, family, and expressive therapies, she tailors each session to meet her clients where they are.
Outside of her professional work, TC enjoys tap dancing, deep-sea fishing (but not at the same time), crafting, refinishing furniture, and cooking with her partner.
