Art Break: Calming Galaxy Jars
This week: We’re making calming glitter galaxy jars — a creative, hands-on way to explore feelings and practice mindfulness.
Participants will get to swirl, shake, and design their own sparkly jar to take home (or keep by their desk) — perfect for moments when they need to slow down, watch the glitter settle, and breathe.
Materials Needed:
Clean, clear jar/bottle (plastic or glass)
Water
Glitter (fine, standard, or chunky)
Sequins (optional)
Glitter glue, clear glue, or clear hair gel
Food coloring
Super glue or glue gun

Art Break: Make Your Mark
Join us for a chill and creative session where we’ll be painting rocks from home — and turning them into something totally unique.
You’ll start with just a simple rock, and by the end of the session, it might be a galaxy, a character, a cool pattern, or a message that matters to you. This is your time to slow down, express yourself, and just have fun making art in your own way.
We’ll hang out, check in with each other, and then get painting — no art skills needed!
